Preparing Garlic rice is quite easy and simple.
Let’s start:
Ingredients required:
1.Garlic-12-15 cloves
2.Ghee-4 tsp
3.Oil-2 tsp
4.Mustard-0.5 tsp
5.Salt-as per required
6.Green chilli-2 or 2.5 no.
7.Boiled rice-as per required
8.Asafoetida powder-1.5 tsp
Preparation
Step 1:Take a pan,keep the flame at low level.
Step 2:Add 2 tsp of oil,0.5 tsp of mustard and mix it.
Step 3:Add green chilli to get better taste.
Step 4:Add asafoetida powder of 1.5 tsp to improve digestion process.
Step 5:Add the boiled rice as it is the next procedure.
Step 6:Mix them very well so that the rice absorbs the good taste of the added ingredients.
Step 7:Finally,add salt as per required and stir it well.
Step 8:Your dish ready.You can serve it.
Optional(Can add coriander leaves and roasted cashew nuts as toppings to look more delicious)
